Bestel Video to DVD Creator 1.3 is an application that can be used to burn different video files to a DVD disk. Once you have burned your files, you can watch them with any DVD Player, including portable ones. The application has an easy-to-use graphical interface that guides you through the entire process. It will take you less than a minute to figure out how to burn your files. There is no difficulty on the process. This program lets you adjust not too many options, so, that makes it easier for you. Some of the settings you can adjust are TV type (NTSC and PAL), Aspect ratio (4:3 and 16:9), audio codecs (AC3 and Mp2) and Volume.
